The Invisalign Treatment Process
5 Steps to a Straighter Smile
Invisalign clear aligners from Lorette Dental Care offer adults and teens a treatment option for straightening their smiles.
Step 1
Book Your First
Consultation
We will determine if Invisalign is right for you by examining your smile. Next, we will create a 3D image of your smile and what it could look like with Invisalign treatment using a digital scanner.
Step 2
Develop a Custom
Treatment Plan
We will map out an Invisalign treatment plan with timelines based on the results of your initial appointment. Your plan will include the exact movement of your teeth with each set of aligners.
Step 3
Start Your Custom
Treatment Plan
We will produce a series of custom Invisalign clear aligners just for you. You will wear them each day, removing them to eat, drink, brush, and floss. Your aligners should gradually begin to shift your teeth throughout treatment.
Step 4
Switch Your Aligners
Every Two Weeks
Approximately every 2 weeks, you will switch to the next set of clear aligners. Every six weeks or so, you will have brief checkups with your dental team to review your progress.
Step 5
Maintain Your
Smile After Treatment
It's an exciting day when you have completed your treatment! During your final appointment, we will discuss the next steps, and prescribe retainers to keep your teeth in their new positions.
